Flameproof Companies
We are a rather unique lumber treating company. For starters, we are one of only a very few treaters in the USA who produce fire retardant, CCA treated and new environmentally friendly ACQ treated products under one roof. We stock as broad a treated product line as is available from any single source.
Our Montgomery, IL facility
Additionally, for over 30 years the Flameproof Companies have built their business by servicing the end user directly. General and subcontractors of all sorts, as well as a wide variety of O.E.M. users are the core of our customer base. We are geared toward specific job orders and have the ability to service you in this manner, promptly!
Though our production facilities are in Chicagoland, we have the ability to, and frequently do, deliver and service orders across the country and internationally. (We are export shippers!) This has proven to be a valuable asset, since fire retardant lumber, as well as ACQ treated lumber, can be difficult to obtain in many areas of the USA/WORLD.
